Immediately I love the psychedelic/ experimental approach I'm hearing! The tones have incredible depth and are super fuzzy! The drums really shine through on this one as well. Simple but hard hitting and dynamic drum patterns. This really has a more groovy "lost in space" vibe. The vocalist is showing a different style here that's quite fitting for the matter at hand! The production is so deep and solid here too. "Eat You Up" expresses the desire to consume all that plagues and haunts ones true love. I think musically and lyrically , in the performance , that message is displayed! This music video is also such an amazing choice. Such melancholic images. Beautiful and sad. Quite captivating!
